Can you over delve MTG?
You can’t overpay for a spell using delve. You can only get rid of as many cards as there is generic mana in the delve spell’s cost, so if you want to get rid of cards in your graveyard for some reason, you’ll need to find another way.

Is there a way to protect your graveyard MTG?
The best way to protect your graveyard is to protect yourself. Bojuka Bog and similar cards target the player, not the graveyard itself. Giving your self hexproof with Witchbane Orb or Orbs of Warding would be a good place to start.
What does ground seal stop?
Magic is a very literal game; Ground seal only prevents cards from being the “target” of spells or abilities. If the effect that is affecting the graveyard doesn’t specifically “target” any of the cards inside of it, Ground Seal won’t prevent the ability from happening.
How do Delver decks work?
The deck relies on playing an early threat that is large, evasive or hard to kill such as the titular Delver of Secrets, Tarmogoyf, Tasigur, the Golden Fang or Geist of Saint Traft, then use counterspells and removal to prevent the opponent from answering these early threats.
