Can you screw into ICF walls?
Wall coverings can typically be attached to the ties or webs in your ICF system with #6 or #8 Type W (coarse thread) drywall screws. The screws must be corrosion resistant and have a sufficient length to penetrate the plastic tie or web a minimum of ¼” (6.4mm).

We have struggled to hang anything on our ICF (insulated concrete form) walls since they don’t have standard ‘studs’ only plastic ‘ties’ within the styrofoam. Once the drywall was up, taped and painted, we lost where the ties were. We used this to find the drywall screws that are attached to the ties.
