Is Hershey campground pet friendly?
Pets are permitted on the property, but not in any of the tents, cabins, or buildings – including pavilions, restrooms, or pool area. Tent campers and cabin guests should not bring pets. Pets must always be supervised and kept on a leash not to exceed 6 feet.

Hershey Lodge Shuttle Service
Shuttle service starts one hour before Hersheypark opens and stops one hour after Hersheypark closes. The shuttle runs every 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic in the area.
Is there a shuttle from Hershey campground to the park?
The positives are that if you stay here and buy your Hersheypark tickets from the campground you can get in the night before for 3.5 hours and 1 hour early the day of your tickets. There is a free shuttle to the park which saves the cost of parking, but the lines and wait can be long depending on the time of day.

1 day for Hershey Park and 1 day for Hershey Chocolate World is perfect. We actually get to our hotel early and drop our stuff then go straight to Hershey Chocolate World. The next day get to Hershey Park early and you can get the whole park done.

Simply walk up to any concession stand serving fountain drinks and ask for a cup of water. Employees will happily give you one. Another way to keep the fluids flowing: purchase a refillable park cup and you’ll get free refills during your visit.
