Definitely LFR and some normal bosses. Done them myself on a couple characters. You can duo Mythrax if you’re careful and have tanks, but Zul is still unsoloable if you have a lack of DPS. All in all, wait until Dragonflight if you wanna do Uldir and steamroll it.

I’ve managed to reset it 2 times when we failed it by mistake 3 weeks ago, just go out of raid and right click “Reset All Instances” or change raid difficulty there and back, that should do the trick also.

– you need to to do “/kneel” to avoid getting hit by the flames while moving towards the orbs. also you need 3 people at each orb to cast the channeling at same time.

Every achieve here is soloable. The only caveat is that you have to have be a DoT class (or a class that has a DoT spell) to solo Soft Hands.
