The Precision Collet should also reduce the chance of the bit falling out during cutting or being pushed into the router with every plunge cut with its more reliable bit holding. Can I use a 1/2 shaft router bit in a Colette?
Once installed, this 1/2″ Colette will NOT accept a 1/2″ shaft router bit. DO NOT BUY! Due to family illness I missed the return deadline or I definitely would have sent it back for a refund. Bad choice on my part. Don’t make my mistake.
