How does the USBC Open Championship work?
Open to all bowlers who hold a USBC adult membership, the Open Championships has three divisions – Classified for bowlers who average 155 or less (310 combined doubles average; 775 combined team average), Standard for bowlers who average 156-175 and a Regular Division for those who average 176 and higher.

2022 USBC Open Championships wraps up 129 days of competition in Las Vegas. LAS VEGAS – The 118th edition of the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships came to a close Monday at the South Point Bowling Plaza and was highlighted by big scores, record performances and tournament longevity.
Where is the national bowling tournament in 2024?
The Open Championships will return to the South Point Bowling Plaza in 2022 and 2024, and the 2023 event will be held at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nevada. The main tournament uses 60 lanes in each venue.
How much is a USBC membership?
The USBC Adult Basic membership will cost $10.
The USBC National and local association dues are set. The final cost of the membership is dependent on the state dues. Adult Basic Members have the option of paying the state dues, if the member so chooses.
What do you wear to a bowling tournament?
Shorts will be allowed as long they are presentable with no holes, or cut offs. All pants must present a neat appearance. No gym/athletic pants, balloon pants, or sweat pants of any kind are allowed. ➢ Women may wear skirts, slacks, casual trousers, skorts, culottes, capris or denim jeans.

Can PBA bowlers wear hats?
During competition in any event, bowlers are not permitted to wear hats, sweats, shorts, skirts, skorts, culottes or zubas (pants with elastic cuffs). If you are wearing any of these items you will be asked to change into more appropriate attire. All apparel must be neat, clean and in good condition.
