Has never let me down, 3rd GSXR (600, 750, 750) in 4 years and 40K miles, all have been 100% reliable. Quality is basic, not a sex machine, but not a dog either.

IF it has been properly maintained it should only need the valve clearance checked at that mileage. We had a member here who was a motorcycle courier and had well over 100,000 miles on his engine with no major issues.
