If you got equipment that’s stuck, only way to fix it is to reload a previous save. If you want to avoid the bug, make sure you use the right-click “add to junk” option when removing quest equipment from completed quests from your stash to avoid binding the equipment again. If you pick it up that way, you can sell it.
