Can you live track DX delivery?
If you have a DX tracking, consignment or reference number you can check the status of your delivery by using our online tracking service. Simply go to Track, enter your number and follow the steps on the page.
How do I track a DX parcel?
To track your item please enter your tracking number, calling card number, consignment number or customer reference in the field. Depending on which DX service you are using, you may also be asked for your delivery postcode. Please note DX do not charge you at the point of delivery.
What happens if you miss a DX delivery?
In the event that a DX Courier (B2B) package cannot be delivered to its destination for whatever reason, DX will leave a calling card and try to deliver it again the next working day, after which it will be held at a DX Service Centre for five working days.

These items will be either letterboxed or, for larger packages, left with a neighbour or in a discreet place out of general sight. Further delivery security options are available, upon application, for delivery of highly sensitive items and documents.
What time do DX usually deliver?
Time of delivery is usually, but not exclusively, by 18:00 on the working day immediately following the weekday of collection. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery will be attempted within the Next Working Day after collection, making this an expedited courier service. We cannot specify an exact time, but the DX courier will arrive between 8 am to 6 pm.

Once the order is available and you release the delivery details to us, we contact your customer by phone to confirm the delivery date. The night before the delivery, we send them either a text or email to reconfirm we’ll be delivering the next day, along with the 2 hour delivery time slot.
