Why is Dexcom share not working?
Check your smart device settings. Open settings, then notifications. Find Dexcom Follow in the app list and turn on notifications. Contact your Sharer to make sure the Dexcom G6 app is not closed on their phone.

You need to use the CLARITY mobile and desktop apps to see your past data. The Dexcom G6 mobile app shows you the real-time data being collected by your sensor. Both look similar and provide the same options.

You will need an internet connection for both the Dexcom Share app as well as the Dexcom Follow app to work correctly. You may connect to a WiFI network or move into an area that has cellular data service.

To resolve this issue, you will need to close your Dexcom App and open your iOS settings > Dexcom and enable ‘Bluetooth Sharing’. It is recommended to reopen the Dexcom App to ensure Bluetooth connection is established.
