Procedure:
- Place the Trainer into the mouth and keep your tongue positioned on the tongue tag.
- Keep lips together and breathe through nose.
- Gently bite down on the Trainer and feel how the appliance is trying to correct your teeth.
- Do not chew on the Trainer!
- Use the appliance an hour every day and during the night.
