It is to soft to be sharpened, no matter what NYX says. The design of this is ridiculous. And it is not waterproof so it does not stay on your waterline.
Can you use eye pencil as eyeshadow?
You can prep your lid with a thin layer of concealer to even out the colour. Take a black pencil eyeliner and draw a thick line from your lash line upwards about 1/3 of your lid. Its ok if its not perfectly straight or even. Use a smudge brush, sponge or your fingers to smudge out the edges.
How do you use NYX eyeshadow sticks?

Can Vaseline be used as eyeshadow primer?
Vaseline acts in the same way concealer or cream shadow does to help eye shadow look more vibrant. However, Vaseline seems to give the shadow more grip and makes it look more luminous. All you have to do is rub a little bit onto your lids before proceeding with your usual eye-shadow techniques.
