Does UNIQLO still do tailoring?
Currently, we do not. Alterations are only available in our physical stores. Unfortunately, you are unable to book an alteration online and have your jeans / trousers delivered to you in your desired size. You can find a list of all of our stores here.
How long does UNIQLO take to do alterations?
Times will vary from store-to-store. We always try to offer a same day service where we can, but this is dependent on the volume of alternations a store has to do within a day.
Does UNIQLO alter jacket?
Alterations are available for select items. If alterations are available for your item, the “ALTERATIONS” option will appear underneath the size selection tool. Orders with pant alterations will take an additional 2 business days from the estimated delivery time frame.

What are blind stitch alterations?
Blind hem stitches are completely hidden on the front of the garment and almost completely hidden on the inside of the garment. The sewer catches only a few threads of the fabric each time the needle is pulled through the fabric, which means that the majority of the stitching is hidden inside the hem.

Can I return something if I took the tag off?
When you return an item without tags, chances are you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Most retailers are not going to like the fact that the item is coming back without tags. Some will deny the return completely; others will tell you that the return shipping costs are going to be at your own expense.
Can I exchange at UNIQLO without a receipt?
The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed for the store to accept the item for an exchange. No receipt is needed for this process to be completed.
