How do I get GoGet?
How do I join GoGet? Simply click the Join button anywhere on our site to register. Once you’ve been approved, you’ll pick up a GoGet smart card or we’ll mail you one. Once your smart card is activated you can start booking cars on GoGet’s iPhone or Android app.
How do you unlock go get car?
When you arrive at the vehicle, you will notice a sticker on the driver’s side of the front windscreen with the name of the vehicle and a green light. Slowly tap your GoGet smartcard over this sticker and you will hear the doors unlock.
Are all GoGet cars automatic?

Can I take GoGet interstate?
There are no restrictions on where you can travel to, as long as you’ve booked enough time to cover your whole journey. There are some restrictions on the road types that you can travel on, so it’s best to refer to section 10.2 of the Member Agreement if you plan on travelling on unsealed roads.
Do you pay for fuel with GoGet?
GoGet always pays for petrol, but we rely on you to fill up.
Our cars have Motorpass fuel cards inside, which will let you fill up at most major petrol stations. The PIN for the fuel card is in your booking confirmation email, and in the GoGet app under “Bookings”.
Can someone else drive my GoGet car?
Account-holders: To add an extra driver, click the link below. It will let you send an email to the other member, and then they can sign up. Extra drivers: If you want to become an extra driver, send the link to the account holder so that they can add you. You will receive an e-mail invitation when they do.
Can you park a GoGet anywhere?
Please make sure the car is parked within 500 metres of its pod. If it is parked more than 500 metres away, you may be charged a fee as we will need to move the vehicle back to its pod so as to not inconvenience the next member. We’ll let the next member know where to find the car. That’s it!
Can you drop off GoGet anywhere?
You must return your car to its home location at the end of your booking. If you are unable to return the vehicle back to the allocated pod, because another car is parked there or some other obstruction, text 0427 777 769 with the car’s name, number plate and its new parking spot.
Can I park my GoGet anywhere?

Returning the car to a different pod, or deliberately leaving the car elsewhere, will incur a minimum $95 call-out fee, to cover the cost of our Fleet Team returning the car to the pod. If the car is left in an area outside of our network you may also be liable for all costs associated with the recovery of the car.

If the card reader flashes red and makes a rapid “beep beep beep beep beep beep” sound when you use your smartcard, it means something is wrong. Check your booking. Your booking may not have been confirmed. If you don’t have a booking, the car won’t let you in.
Can I leave a GoGet car anywhere?
Where is the fuel card in GoGet?
Petrol is on us, so please use the fuel card to fill up if you’re running low. The card can be found on the retractable cord next to the car key, and the PIN is in your booking confirmation email and the GoGet App.
Do you have to fill up GoGet?
You don’t need to refuel with every booking. If the fuel gauge dips below 1/4, then you need to refuel. Please stop and fill up all the way before you return your car at the end of your booking. Refuelling when your car is below 1/4 full is one of the important rules that makes carshare work.
Can you use GoGet without card?
Lost your smartcard and need a ride? No problem, you can pick up a new one from one of our many local retailers! Just turn up with your drivers’ license and credit card and they’ll be able to get you going.
