- Open the ANSYS Meshing application.
- Create named selections for the geometry boundaries.
- Set some basic meshing parameters for the ANSYS Meshing application.
How do I find details in Ansys?
There are three ways to get it, not just the icon on the toolbar:
- Click the Icon.
- In the menu go to View>Windows>Selection Information.
- Double-click on the Selection details at the bottom of the ANSYS Mechanical Window.
How do you show mesh in Ansys?

- Right-click on the wireframe in the 3D Viewer and select Show surface mesh to display the mesh.
