Our menus are typically about 80% vegetarian and over 50% vegan, offering a wide range of healthful plant-based options including soy, beans, lentils, whole grains, nuts and seeds. R&DE Stanford Dining has been awarded an A+ rating for vegan dining by Peta(2).
Does Stanford have free food?
In partnership with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Stanford R&DE hosts monthly pop-up food pantries for undergraduate and graduate students and their affiliates who need additional food support. Each student household is eligible to receive produce, dairy, meat or poultry and non-perishable items at no cost.
