it would be possible to do so ,but they would take a while to heat up to full output. max 1500 watt,if you increase velocity above 1.5m/s you will start to have noise problems. I would only ever run maximum of two radiators of 15 mm pipe (same flow/return) so one radiator on 10mm is fine but I wouldn’t add another one.
