Where do you park when visiting LACMA?

Parking for LACMA is located at the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th St., just east of Fairfax Ave. The $20 charge ($12 after 8 pm entry) may be prepaid at a pay station located in each parking lot.
How do you get to LACMA?

All visitors, including LACMA members and NexGenLA youth members, may purchase or reserve an advance timed-entry ticket online or at the LACMA Ticket Office during regular museum hours, or by calling the LACMA Ticket Office at 323 857-6010, 10 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Do LACMA members get free parking?
With the parking pass, you can park one car for free whenever you visit LACMA during museum hours through the duration of your membership year. The LACMA parking lots are for LACMA visits only.
Does LACMA parking close?
The LACMA parking garage hours are from 7 am to 10 pm, and there are around 500 parking spaces here.
How much time do you need at LACMA?
The building and outside is nice and usually visitors spend few minutes there to take photos. It needs at least two hours and if you want you can spend all day.
Are lights at LACMA always on?
“Urban Light” goes on every day at dusk and blinks off every day at dawn, guided by an astronomical timer that automatically adjusts to local sunrise and sunset. It hasn’t missed a single night since it was installed on Feb. 8, 2008.
Is LACMA worth visiting?
My friends and I decided to spend a few hours at LACMA this past Sunday, and it is definitly worth visiting. We mainly went for the Stanley Kubrick exhibit, but also enjoyed most of the rest of what LACMA has to offer.

How much does it cost to be a LACMA member?
It costs $40 to become a LACMA Local member for one year. If you are a current LACMA member, LACMA Local costs $25 per person. Your Local membership will be current through the end of your membership year.
Is LACMA free for LA residents?
NexGenLA is a free membership for kids under 17 years who live in L.A. County. L.A. County residents, weekdays after 3 pm with valid ID.
