On your receipt you’ll see a tracking number. Log on to the CollectPlus Website here. Enter the CollectPlus tracking reference from your receipt and they will present the tracking information for your parcel.

Parcels can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, we do not offer timed delivery slots. We do make some deliveries to both our Yodel serviced Collect+ delivered by Yodel stores and customers’ homes on Saturdays, but not business addresses.
Do you need ID for Collect Plus?
Bring your phone with you to show the unique 7-digit barcode from your text message or email as proof of purchase, or print out the email confirming your order is ready for pickup. You’ll also need your ID. Collect+ accept the following forms of ID: Cheque guarantee / Credit / Debit Card.
Why is my Yodel tracking not working?
