Does the Dana 44 have a locker?
Registered. There are no selectable lockers in that cheap of a price range.. I went to that web site and they dont sell a dana 44 front lock and they are out of stock for the back 44 locker anyother suggestions.
How good are auto lockers?
Automatic lockers are great because they give reliable traction always. There’s no forgetting to flip a switch, no wiring or airlines to worry about, just traction. But in my mind there is no doubt lockers (and automatic lockers especially) make you (me) a more lazy driver.

Dana44a is hard for lockers and gearing too expensive not many people like it cuz of the aluminum carrier so not many companies make stuff meaning higher price less variety if you can pull of a swap and recommend it you have more companies to work with for re-gearing, lockers etc
Are Selectable lockers worth the money?
Selectable lockers are sweet and a good unit is worth every penny in my opinion. Sometimes I wish I’d have spent a couple more bucks on one for the rear end.
What are the benefits of having an ARB locker?
The benefit is that you typical end up with a much better functioning, stronger and longer lasting locker. Also, in the case of an ARB or Zip locker you can turn it off, but it will cost more than a full time locker like a Detroit or Grizzly.
What are the best lockers to buy?
Hands down arb or zip lockers are the best. Comparision between the 2 of those is going to come down to who you talk to/which one they have will probably be the best. Zip lockers were cheaper so thats what i went with for my front d60. Lockrites, aussielockers,and similar are hit and miss.
