Students who choose to #LiveOnAndLearn at UConn’s flagship campus live in over 100 halls, which are divided into 18 campus areas. The Storrs campus has 27 Hall Directors and 8 Assistant Residence Hall Directors, who oversee over 300 Resident Advisors (RAs) within the halls.
Is there a curfew at UConn?

Residents must be on their respective floors by 10:00PM and in their assigned rooms for the night by 10:30 PM. Participants’ University conference cards to the residence hall will be rendered inactive after 11:00PM. Overnight visits off-campus during the Program are prohibited.
How do I get a single room at UConn?
Students that register with CSD and request a single room accommodation must provide a self-report, submit supporting documentation and engage in the interactive process with the CSD. If they are approved they are able to participate in the CSD Single Room Selection process.

Since 2008, Gender Inclusive Housing has allowed for students of any gender to live together. Most students living in Gender Inclusive Housing are assigned in Brock Hall in Alumni Quadrangle in traditional double rooms.
